Delivery of Goods
After payment is completed, digital content and services become available immediately.If physical goods (such as supplements) are included, they will normally be shipped within 3 to 7 business days after payment is completed.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellation
Due to the nature of digital content and programs, the Service is, in principle, not eligible for return or cancellation.Cancellation after order placement (after payment is completed) is, in principle, not accepted.
However, refunds of the product price will be issued only if the conditions of the Company's "Full Refund Guarantee" are met.

- Has undergone re-testing under equivalent conditions after use

- Transportation expenses
- Communication expenses
- Overseas users
- Overseas test data
- Incomplete check-ins
- Fraudulent applications
